GiLTEX LLC

GiLTEX LLC is a large-scale textile manufacturing company established in 2012 in Sumgayit, Azerbaijan. It is the only enterprise in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus region built on a vertically integrated production system, covering the entire technological chain of textile manufacturing - from spinning to finished garment production. The company operates a spinning mill, two weaving mills, two dyeing mills, a sewing factory, and a medical mask factory. Its facilities are equipped with advanced machinery from world-renowned brands including Karl Mayer and Mayer&Cie from Germany, Picanol from Belgium, and Itema from Italy. Monthly production capacity reaches 1,400,000 linear meters of raw woven fabric, 135 tons of knitted fabric, and 80 tons of terry products. Products are mainly made from 100% cotton and include woven fabrics such as cretonne, ranforce, satin, gabardine, and ripstop, knitted fabrics like interlock, lacoste, and ribana, terry towels and bathrobes, as well as finished garments such as school and military uniforms, workwear, polo shirts, bed linen, and eco bags. GiLTEX operates a multi-stage quality control system certified under ISO 9001:2015 and holds an AZS national conformity certificate. The total production area covers approximately 20,000 square meters.
